Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

We store limited metadata such as post IDs, titles, subreddit names, available usernames (e.g., Reddit author or RedGifs username), category assignments, basic orientation, and generated streaming URLs.

  • We do not claim ownership of third‑party content. All rights remain with the original rights holders. We present or mirror content for viewing and indexing.
  • Attribution: Where available, we attribute source usernames (e.g., Reddit author, RedGifs username). If you believe attribution is incorrect or missing, contact us.
  • We are not affiliated with Reddit, RedGifs, or their owners and do not warrant the accuracy, legality, or availability of third‑party content.

5. User Content and Upcoming Uploads

As of today, the Service does not permit user uploads. If and when uploads are enabled, you will be required to (a) submit only content you have the legal right to share, (b) obtain and maintain all legally required model releases and age verifications, (c) grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, cache, transmit, transcode, display, and distribute your content via our CDNs and players, and (d) comply with all content rules below. We may publish updated terms specifically for user uploads at that time.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Strictly prohibited on or via the Service:

  • Any content involving minors, simulated minors, age‑play, or persons who appear under 18.
  • Non‑consensual content, hidden‑camera content, sexual assault, trafficking, exploitation.
  • Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, extreme violence, or otherwise illegal content.
  • Revenge porn, doxxing, harassment, defamatory or fraudulent material.
  • Content that violates third‑party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity).
  • Deepfakes/morphs without clear labeling and all required consents and legal compliance.
  • Using bots/scrapers, circumventing rate limits, or attempting to overload or attack the Service.
  • Reverse engineering, decompilation, or probing security measures.
  • Accessing the Service where prohibited by local law or while underage.

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict access, and terminate accounts at our sole discretion, including to comply with law or protect users and third parties.

7. Notice-and-Takedown

We operate a notice‑and‑takedown process. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, or is otherwise unlawful (including non‑consensual or underage content), please submit a detailed notice including the specific URLs, a description of the content, your contact information, and a statement under penalty of perjury of your good‑faith belief.
